30 Day Return Policy:
If you’re not completely in love with your Organic Bamboo Bedding linens, you’re eligible for a return. The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The item(s) must be shipped to our return center within 10 days of receiving the shipping label and include the Return Authorization Form in the return package.
You can choose free return shipping and get a store credit OR a refund to your original payment method minus a return shipping fee of $12.00. Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund or store credit will be processed within 15 days. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the gift, or the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Organic Bamboo Bedding will not issue refunds or store credits for items returned that are not in their original condition, or does not include the Return Authorization form, and we will not be responsible for returning non-approved items. Organic Bamboo Bedding cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping and therefore will not refund the value of the goods. If you’re looking to return an item purchased via third-party vendors and websites, kindly contact them directly.

Once your item is received and inspected, the store credit will be processed within 15 days, and you will receive an emailed eGift card to be used at any time.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us at info@organicbamboobedding.com within 60 days of receipt so we can do our best to help resolve the issue for you. Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions need to be followed carefully. See our Laundering Instructions.
The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns won’t be accepted nor replacements offered:
Missing or Incorrect Items Received: If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item; you must notify us at info@organicbamboobedding.com within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to resolve this issue, please email us with the Order # and a photo of the incorrect item you received and please keep the product intact, inside its original packaging.
